First and foremost, I am a learner. I am in constant search for new techniques and strategies to help improve my profession, craft, and knowledge, as well as improve others. I am an educator, and have been for my entire adult life. I have a love for children and will always do what’s in the best interest of the children I serve.

     I am also a leader. I am one who believes in character, empowerment, courage, self-reflection, and results. These five descriptors are the cornerstones of my leadership practice and philosophy. They, by themselves outline the type of person I strive to be every day.
