Welcome to 1st Grade with Dr. Frazier at Lucy Elementary. I am Dr. T. Frazier.  I am a retired U.S. Navy Chief and this is my 8th year as an elementary educator. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master's in Education from Old Dominion University in Virginia.  Additionally, I attained my Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and my Doctor of Education from Saint Leo University in Florida. This is where the foundation of your child's learning continues to be built, as we (the Teacher, the Parent, and the Child) must be vigilant in doing our part to transform our students into a well-rounded scholar.
