Welcome! I am Ms. Scarbrough, the Librarian at Keystone Elementary. My love for books and the library began at an early age when my mother would take me to storytime at the local public library. I attended the University of Memphis for my undergraduate degree, History and Anthropology. Through college, I worked at the Bartlett Public Library. I then attended Indiana University, where I received my Master's of Library Science. I worked as a Librarian at the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library for 7 years. I became a school Librarian in 2023. I am currently working on my M.S. in Education. 

I became a school Librarian because I have such wonderful memories of my elementary library experience, and I want to inspire and encourage reading, inquiry, and exploration in Keystone's students.
