Global Health Studies

Serving a diverse student population, our Global Health Studies Optional Program offers students advanced curriculum and experiences to prepare them for the global health science field.

Our global health studies Optional program prepares students for Global healthcare by informing, engaging, educating, and empowering students to advocate for all people and their communities.

We offer 8 AP courses, 2 Pre-AP courses, 4 dual credit courses, as well as 6 dual enrollment courses across all disciplines. 

Now offering new Global and Public Health dual-enrollment courses in partnership with University of Memphis for qualifying juniors and seniors. Classes range from Population Health and Society to Public Health in Action. Students will earn high school and college credit, paving the way for a college major in global and public health!
