      Whitehaven Elementary STEM School is a trailblazer for STEM education throughout western Tennessee. WESS immerses all students in real-world, project-based experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Our innovators engage daily in hands-on labs, over twenty STEM-centered after school clubs, and a twenty-first century library accessible to all students. Leading the way in innovative education equips students with essential skills for a wide range of 21st century careers.
       
      Building relationships with community partners fosters further growth and opportunity for our students. Multiple STEM-invested organizations including Clean Memphis, St. Jude, 4-H, University of Memphis, and LeBonheur Children’s hospital connect regularly with our innovators to host events, labs, and activities. Our community stakeholders play a vital role in our mission at WESS.
