My name is Morris Stephens, and I'm thrilled to be your U.S. History and AP African American Studies teacher this year. I'm not just a teacher, but a history enthusiast. I firmly believe that learning should be an engaging and enjoyable experience for all students, and I'm here to share my passion for history with you. 

A little about me: I graduated from Rust College, Holly Springs, with a degree in Social Science. I have been teaching for seven years and have had the pleasure of working with middle and high school-age students. 

In our classroom, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and encouraged to share their ideas. Every student has unique strengths, and I'm here to help you discover and develop those talents.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading and watching vintage movies and television sitcoms, which can enrich our learning experience.
