Ms. Rice has served this community for 19 years.  Ms. Rice worked as a CCTE Teacher,  Educational Technology Specialist and Library Media Specialist before transitioning into the role of instructional coaching. As a former teacher and alumni of the Mitchell High School; Ms. Rice is so PROUD to call Mitchell High School home. She is truly honored to serve the students and families of this community.
